4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage, we strongly advise you to refuse the package and ask the delivery agent to record the issue.
If the damage is discovered after accepting delivery, you must contact us at info@aleptex.com within 24 hours, and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

• Photos of the shipping box and any packaging materials

• A visible image of the shipping label

This documentation is required for us to work with our shipping partner and process your claim. Without photos or refusal of visibly damaged goods, we cannot guarantee resolution.
